You must email us at returns@fabrikatlanta.com to request a Return Approval Number before you return any merchandise. In this email, include your contact information, the item description, cost and reason for return/exchange. The number will be emailed to you in 48 hours. Please ship back items securely packed in the original package if possible. Make sure you write the Return Approval Number on the outside of the package for quick processing. For your own protection, we recommend that you insure your package and have a request for signature. If you are in the Atlanta area, you can exchange your items at any of the locations. fab'rik's website is not able to process a return for merchandise that was purchased at our fab'rik stores.

Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. You may cancel your order via email up to the time of shipment.


A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package so you can track the status of your item.

If an order is placed Monday-Friday before 1pm CST, the order will began to be processed that day, excluding holidays, and will be shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 1pm CST will be processed the following business day and shipped within 48 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 1pm CST will be processed on the following Monday. We use UPS and USPS for delivery. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. We do not accept Checks or Cash. We do not charge sales tax if you live out of the State of Georgia.

Gift wrapping is complimentary. If you wish you to have your order gift wrapped, make a note in the Customer Comments section at the time of check out. Your gift will be enclosed in a fab'rik bag with a fabric silk tie.
