Shipping + Returns

Your purchase didn’t make you feel fab? fab’rik is happy to return your item(s), if they meet the following criteria:

  1. Must be postmarked for return within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Item(s) must not be worn or altered; must be in original condition
  3. Item(s) must have all tags attached
  4. All sale, accessory, and body items are FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned or exchanged

Return + Exchange Process:

If your return meets the above criteria, use the pre-paid return label included in your package. Note all returns will be made at the customer’s expense and are non-refundable. fab'rik will deduct $7 from your refund total to cover return shipping costs. Returns should be sent through a traceable and/or insurable method, as fab’rik is not responsible for any returned packages not received.

Please note the following:

  • We do not accept returns past 30 days; if your items are received outside of the approved time frame, the package will be immediately returned to sender.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable is not able to process returns or exchanges for merchandise purchased at one of our fab’rik store locations, nor will any online purchases be able to be returned to an in store location.

Shipping + Return Status

Please allow 3-4 weeks, from the time you mailed your return package for us to receive and process your return.

Orders placed outside of business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM) will be processed the following business day.

Please allow up to 3 business days, from the time you placed your order, for us to process your order for shipment.
