TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can track the progress of your shipped order by clicking on the tracking number link in your shipping notification email.

fab'rik is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages. It is your responsibility to make sure the address that was entered in at checkout is correct. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors, family members and apartment complexes to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. The feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. We will only replace items that are not scanned as "delivered." 


PREORDERS

Preorder items are items that are not currently in stock but are expected to arrive at a later date. All estimated arrival dates for the item can be found on the product page. By placing a preorder item, you are reserving your product to be shipped out as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse.

Payment is charged immediately when your order is placed, not at the time of shipment.

Each individual product page will be updated with any changing information regarding ship date. With that being said, we receive hundreds of orders for preorder items and it is not always possible to update each individual page in a timely manner. If you have any questions or concerns about your preorder item, please contact us at online@fabrikstyle.com.

For returns on a preorder item, you have 21 days from date of fulfillment of that item, not your original order date.


CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your order, you can send a cancel request to online@fabrikstyle.com. While we will make every effort to cancel your order, we cannot guarantee it. Order that have been shipped cannot be canceled.
